Appointed as enabling and earthworks contractor, this new development compromises 400,000 sq ft of offices, a 280 bedroom hotel, associated retail and leisure amenities, as well as landscaped green space and public realm. In total it is estimated the scheme for the entire 4.2 hectare site would be worth £200 million and create in excess of 1,000 jobs.
Chartrange were sub-contractors on the £30m Kings Dock development. To provide a development platform for follow trades, our scope of works included; full site remediation including a largescale cut and fill exercise, obstruction removal and management of extensive on site contamination, in line with the the agreed Materials Management Plan.
Appointed as subcontractor on this new build by Grahams Construction. This new development on Chester Road, Manchester, the Ellesmere Street project created 232 high-specification, living spaces.
This new 65,000 square foot market replaced the existing rundown building off Edge Lane in Old Swan. Our works on this site included earthworks, groundworks and civils.
The multi-million pound development was situated in a live city centre environment working directly in and around the general public.
