The proposed scheme compromises a development platform for the construction of 68 units planned for the 4.4 acre site. Chartrange has been awarded the demolition, earthworks and gabion wall packages by developer, Countryside Properties.

Site Trim
Validation Testing
CBR testing of road and pile mats. MMP, supervision and validation.
Gabion Wall
Supply and installation of gabion wall – 130m
